Beef Noodle Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1 pound ground beef.
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced.
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 cup bok choy, shredded.
06 - 9 ounces ramen noodles.
07 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
08 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce.
10 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
11 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar.
12 - 3 green onions, chopped.
13 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
14 - 1 large carrot, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add beef, let char without stirring for 5 minutes. Flip and toss charred beef.
03 - Add onion and cook 1 minute. Add garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in bok choy and carrot, cook until slightly wilted.
04 - Add noodles to wok with oyster sauce, hoisin, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Toss until well mixed.
05 - Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Stores in fridge for 3-4 days.
02 - Can be reheated with a splash of water if needed.
