Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes until softened.

Pour chicken broth into the skillet, bring to a simmer, and reduce by half (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2 minutes until thickened.

Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
