Savory Cabbage Beef Bake (Print Version)

01 - 5 grams paprika
02 - 5 grams garlic powder
03 - 15 millilitres Worcestershire sauce
04 - 200 grams cooked rice
05 - 410 grams canned diced tomatoes with juice
06 - 1 small cabbage, shredded
07 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
08 - 450 grams ground beef

# Instructions:

01 - After baking, pull it from the oven and give it a few minutes to chill out before you dig in.
02 - Slide the dish into your ready-to-go oven. Let it hang out for 30 to 35 minutes until the cabbage softens up nicely.
03 - Spoon your mix into a baking dish and tightly cover it all up with some foil.
04 - Cook the whole mix for about five minutes on a low bubble. This helps the flavors really come together.
05 - Toss in your cabbage, tomatoes with the juice, rice, Worcestershire, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir it up so everything's mixed well.
06 - Start by browning the ground beef and letting the onion cook until it goes clear in a big skillet on medium heat.
07 - Fire up your oven to 175°C. That way it'll be hot and even for baking.

01 - If you can, go for beef that you just ground. Want more taste? Sprinkle in some salt or cracked pepper if you like.
