Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or softened butter.

Place the connected slab of Hawaiian rolls in the dish. Cut two deep slits into each roll, stopping before you cut through the bottom.

Tuck mozzarella into the slits of each roll. Press the cheese down gently so most of it sits inside the bread.

Stir the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Spoon and brush the garlic butter over the rolls, letting some drip into the cuts. Use all of the butter mixture.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. If the tops brown early, cover loosely with foil for the last few minutes.

Let the rolls rest for 3-5 minutes, then sprinkle with extra parsley and serve warm.
