Hawaiian Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds frozen meatballs.
02 - 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained.
03 - 2 cups BBQ sauce.
04 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
05 - 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar.
06 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger.
08 - 3 cloves garlic.
09 - 2 tablespoons chives for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Add frozen meatballs and pineapple to crock pot.
02 - Whisk together BBQ sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
03 - Grate ginger and garlic into sauce, whisk to combine.
04 - Pour sauce over meatballs, cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 5-6 hours.
05 - Garnish with chives before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute dried ginger.
02 - Can use apple cider vinegar instead.
03 - Serve as appetizer or main dish.
