02 - 30 ml teriyaki sauce
03 - 15 ml honey
04 - 1.25 ml cayenne pepper

→ Burger Components

05 - 8 canned pineapple rings, drained
06 - 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into rings
07 - 680 g ground beef
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Teriyaki sauce, as needed
11 - 4 slices provolone cheese

→ Assembly

12 - 28 g butter
13 - 4 onion rolls, halved
14 - 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
15 - Green lettuce leaves

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
02 - Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Grill pineapple and red bell pepper rings until charred marks appear and vegetables are slightly tender.
03 - Season ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equally sized patties. Grill over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side. After flipping, brush each patty with teriyaki sauce, top with a slice of provolone, and cook until cheese is melted and patties are cooked through, about 4 additional minutes.
04 - Melt butter in a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Toast onion roll halves, cut sides down, until golden brown.
05 - Spread prepared sauce on both sides of each toasted roll. Layer bottom halves with beef patties, two pineapple rings, red onion slices, grilled bell pepper, and lettuce leaves. Cap with the top halves. Serve immediately with extra sauce alongside.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, marinate the pineapple rings in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes before grilling.
