# Ingredients:

→ Butter Glaze

01 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
02 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
03 - 2 g garlic powder
04 - 10 g poppy seeds
05 - 5 g dried chives
06 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Assembly

09 - 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
10 - 340 g deli ham, thinly sliced
11 - 340 g Swiss cheese, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat a 33 x 23 cm baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, poppy seeds, dried chives, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - With a serrated knife, slice the entire batch of rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottoms in the prepared dish, cut side up.
04 - Evenly layer half of the ham slices over the bottom buns, followed by all Swiss cheese, then remaining ham. Position the tops of the rolls over the layered fillings.
05 - Brush the butter glaze evenly over the rolls. Pour any remaining glaze over the top, ensuring full coverage.
06 - Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, until buns are golden and cheese is melted.
07 - Slice into individual sliders using a sharp knife and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, use Hawaiian sweet rolls and avoid separating before slicing. Prepare ahead by assembling without the glaze; add butter mixture just before baking. Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheat to restore crispness. Swiss cheese is traditional, but cheddar, provolone, or gouda are suitable substitutions.
