Crustless Ham Quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 large eggs.
02 - 1 cup heavy cream.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 100g diced ham.
06 - 1 cup shredded cheese.
07 - 1 green onion, sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie dish.
02 - Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
03 - Add most ham, cheese, onion to dish. Pour egg mix. Top with remaining.
04 - Cook 35 minutes until golden, center slightly wiggles.

# Notes:

01 - Use half amount if substituting milk.
02 - Keeps 5 days in fridge.
03 - Can be frozen 3 months.
