Ground Beef Veggie Stir-Fry Bowl (Print Version)

Ground beef, rice, and vibrant veggies tossed together for a flavorful, quick meal in a bowl.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 120 ml cooked white rice

→ Protein

02 - 45 g ground beef, cooked and seasoned

→ Vegetables

03 - 120 ml mixed stir-fried vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced red pepper, diced zucchini, sliced mushrooms, chopped onion)

→ Sauce and Seasonings

04 - 15 ml soy sauce or stir-fry sauce
05 - 5 ml olive oil or sesame oil
06 - Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook white rice according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm for assembly.
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with a splash of soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper, breaking it up until fully cooked and aromatic.
03 - In a separate pan, heat oil over medium-high. Add broccoli, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion; stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender. Season with salt and optional chili flakes.
04 - Layer cooked rice at the base of a deep serving bowl. Top evenly with browned ground beef and sautéed vegetables.
05 - Drizzle additional stir-fry sauce or a touch of sriracha over the top if extra flavour is desired.

01 - For meal prep, all components may be cooked ahead and assembled just before serving for optimal texture.
