Easy Grinch Shot (Print version)

A bright green Grinch shot made with melon liqueur, vodka and pineapple juice, garnished with a cherry. Ready in 5 minutes for holiday parties.

# Ingredients:

For the shot

01 - 1 oz (30 ml) Midori melon liqueur

02 - 1 oz (30 ml) vodka

03 - 1/2 oz (15 ml) pineapple juice

04 - 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/4 oz (7 ml) simple syrup

06 - 1 maraschino cherry

For the rim (optional)

07 - 1 tablespoon coarse sugar

08 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Dip the outer edge of each shot glass in lemon juice, then into coarse sugar. Let them dry while you mix.

02 - Place one stemless maraschino cherry in the bottom of each prepared glass.

03 - Add Midori, vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for ten seconds until the outside of the shaker frosts.

04 - Double-strain into the shot glasses over the cherry. Serve immediately while the glass is still cold.

01 - Best served immediately while ice-cold.
