                Place shot glasses or plastic cups on rimmed baking sheet.

                Add water and gelatin powder to medium pot, let sit for 5 minutes.

                Heat over medium-low until gelatin dissolves, do not boil.

                Remove from heat, add food coloring and whisk to combine.

                Stir in peppermint schnapps and vanilla vodka until blended.

                Pour into cups using measuring cup or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours until set.
