Grilled Lamb Chops Flavor (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lamb

01 - Lamb chops, as needed

→ Marinade

02 - Olive oil, sufficient for coating
03 - Garlic powder, to taste
04 - Onion powder, to taste
05 - Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Ground rosemary, optional
08 - Paprika, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and if desired, ground rosemary and paprika.
03 - Thoroughly coat the lamb chops in the prepared marinade and allow them to rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
04 - Place the marinated lamb chops on the preheated grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side until the preferred level of doneness is reached.
05 - Remove the lamb chops from heat and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices.
