In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and if desired, ground rosemary and paprika.

Thoroughly coat the lamb chops in the prepared marinade and allow them to rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Place the marinated lamb chops on the preheated grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side until the preferred level of doneness is reached.

Remove the lamb chops from heat and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices.
