# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Bites

01 - 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

09 - 120ml mayonnaise
10 - 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
11 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
13 - Salt, to taste
14 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss thoroughly to coat evenly.
02 - Heat the grill to medium-high. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers if preferred.
03 - Place chicken bites on the grill and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and grill marks appear.
04 - While grilling, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
05 - Transfer the grilled chicken bites from the grill and let rest for several minutes. Serve with creamy garlic sauce either drizzled on top or in a dish for dipping.
06 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the chicken bites before serving.
