Melty burritos with grilled cheese, beef, creamy rice, and smoky chipotle wrapped in golden tortillas.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix

→ Rice Mixture

03 - 400 g cooked white rice
04 - 240 ml sour cream

→ Cheesy Layers

05 - 240 ml nacho cheese sauce
06 - 110 g shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 110 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Chipotle Kick

08 - 15 ml chipotle sauce

→ Wrap

09 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Grilling

10 - 30 g unsalted butter or neutral oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning as per package instructions and mix well.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cooked white rice with sour cream and mix thoroughly until the rice is coated evenly.
03 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side, or microwave for 10 seconds, until pliable.
04 - Arrange each tortilla on a flat surface. Evenly spoon on the rice mixture, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, cheddar, mozzarella, and a drizzle of chipotle sauce in the center of each.
05 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the fillings completely.
06 - Melt butter or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place burritos seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

# Notes:

01 - For additional crispiness, press the burritos gently with a spatula during grilling. Experiment with different cheese blends to modify melt and flavor.
