Green Wellness Shots Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 2 heaping handfuls of greens (spring mix or kale)
02 - 1½ green apples, sliced
03 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
04 - ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
05 - 1 piece ginger
06 - 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
07 - 2 limes, juiced
08 - 2-3 large stalks of celery, chopped
09 - ½ large cucumber, sliced

→ Liquid

10 - 5 cups coconut water (plus extra if needed for blending)

# Instructions:

01 - Slice and prepare all ingredients, setting them aside.
02 - Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
03 - Pour mixture through a fine sieve in batches, pressing to extract maximum liquid.
04 - Transfer strained liquid to glass bottles or airtight pitcher. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

# Notes:

01 - Recipe can be customized with different ingredients based on preference
02 - Can be made using a juicer instead of blender (skip straining step)
03 - Best consumed as one shot daily on an empty stomach
04 - Makes approximately 1.5 litres
