Healthier Greek Yogurt Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - ½ cup chocolate, chopped
02 - 1 cup vanilla yogurt (non-fat or reduced fat)
03 - ½ cup sugar (white, brown, or sugar-free)
04 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free if needed)
05 - ½ cup cocoa powder
06 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
07 - ½ cup milk of choice

08 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
02 - Melt chopped chocolate in microwave. Let cool 1-2 minutes, then mix with yogurt and sugar until smooth.
03 - Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda until just combined. Add milk and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
04 - Pour into lined pan and bake 25-30 minutes until skewer comes out just clean.
05 - Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
