20 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, chopped mint, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed, drizzle with olive oil, and refrigerate until serving.

03 - Portion and roll the chicken mixture into small meatballs, approximately 2.5 cm in diameter.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange the meatballs in the skillet and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly, until golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Arrange meatballs on a serving platter and accompany with chilled tzatziki sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Serve alongside warm pita bread or a fresh Greek salad, if desired.

01 - For best flavor, allow the tzatziki to chill for at least 30 minutes to let the herbs infuse.
