Sweet Balsamic Marinated Steak (Print Version)

Tender steak with sweet balsamic marinade, garlic, rosemary, and a golden crust.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak

01 - 12 ounces steak

→ Marinade

02 - 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 sprigs rosemary, minced
07 - 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1/3 teaspoon red pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Finely mince the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs.
02 - In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil. Mix in the minced rosemary, garlic, and all the seasonings.
03 - Pour the mixture into a zip-lock bag, add the steak, and shake well to coat. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
04 - Remove the steak from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels.
05 - Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steak until the exterior is crispy and the interior is cooked to the desired level of doneness.
