Sweet Balsamic Marinated Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak

01 - 12 ounces steak

→ Marinade

02 - ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 sprigs rosemary, minced
07 - ⅔ cup dark brown sugar
08 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
09 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - ⅓ teaspoon red pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Finely mince your garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs.
02 - In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil. Mix in your minced rosemary, garlic, and all the seasonings.
03 - Pour everything into a zip-lock bag, add your steak, and give it a good shake to coat. Pop it in the fridge for 6 hours.
04 - Take the steak out and pat it dry with paper towels.
05 - Heat up olive oil in your skillet and cook that steak until it's beautifully crispy outside and done to your liking inside.
