Finely mince your garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs.

In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil. Mix in your minced rosemary, garlic, and all the seasonings.

Pour everything into a zip-lock bag, add your steak, and give it a good shake to coat. Pop it in the fridge for 6 hours.

Take the steak out and pat it dry with paper towels.

Heat up olive oil in your skillet and cook that steak until it's beautifully crispy outside and done to your liking inside.
