01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs, beaten
04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - Salt and pepper
07 - Vegetable oil for frying

→ Mushroom Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
09 - 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
10 - 1 small garlic clove, minced
11 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
12 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
13 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
14 - Salt and pepper
15 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, sautéing for about 5 minutes until softened. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Pour the Parmesan mushroom sauce over the crispy chicken breasts. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
