Gingerbread Crinkle Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 ⅓ cups dark brown sugar, packed.
03 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
04 - 3 teaspoons ground ginger.
05 - ¾ teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - ½ teaspoon ground cloves.
08 - 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed.
09 - ½ cup unsulphured molasses.
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
11 - ¼ cup milk.
12 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
13 - ½ cup granulated sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Cream butter, brown sugar, and molasses until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add vanilla and milk.
03 - Mix in flour, spices, salt, and baking soda until just combined. Dough may be crumbly at first.
04 - Scoop 3-tablespoon balls, roll in sugars. Place on sheets and flatten. Chill 1 hour.
05 - Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.

01 - Must chill dough for 1 hour.
02 - Roll in both sugars for best coating.
