Place pizza dough in lightly greased bowl and bring to room temperature. Cut into 12 even pieces using bench scraper or knife. Avoid overworking the dough.

Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil into each cup of a standard muffin pan.

Gently shape each piece of dough into a rough ball and place in oiled muffin cup. Cover with towel and let rest near preheating oven (400°F).

Heat remaining olive oil over medium heat. When hot (test with a drop of water - it should sizzle), remove from heat and add chopped garlic and rosemary. Stir until sizzling stops.

Spoon herb oil generously over each dough ball, using all of it. Press fingers into dough to create dimples and help herbs adhere. Sprinkle with flaky salt.

Bake for 14-16 minutes at 400°F. Cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly.
