Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add milk to the mixture and mix gently until uniform and cohesive.

Divide mixture evenly and shape into four compact mini loaves. Place each onto the prepared baking sheet, with space between them.

Drizzle each loaf with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tops. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and internal temperature reaches 74°C.

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
