02 - 60 ml white vinegar
03 - 30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
04 - 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 30 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

06 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
10 - Salt, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken breasts into 2.5 cm cubes.
02 - Thread the chicken cubes onto 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers.

06 - Transfer cooked kebabs to a platter and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling to prevent burning.
