Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter until fully liquefied.

Add the long-grain white rice and stir continuously until it takes on a light golden colour, approximately 2 minutes.

Pour in the water and add the chicken Better Than Bouillon base. Stir thoroughly until the bouillon is completely dissolved.

Stir in the minced garlic, ensuring even distribution throughout the rice mixture.

Cover the skillet and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

Fluff the rice gently with a fork before serving immediately for optimal texture and flavour.
