Creamy Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
07 - 12 ounces fettuccine pasta.
08 - 2 tablespoons butter for sauce.
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced for sauce.
10 - 1 cup heavy cream.
11 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
12 - ½ cup chicken broth.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil in large pan. Cook seasoned chicken pieces 6-8 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
03 - Melt butter in same pan, add garlic until fragrant. Return chicken and coat with sauce.
04 - In separate pan, sauté garlic in butter. Add cream and broth, simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
05 - Toss pasta in cream sauce. Top with chicken and garnish with parsley.

01 - Best served immediately while sauce is creamy.
02 - Can use any pasta shape you prefer.
