Garlic Butter Baked Salmon (Print Version)

Tender salmon baked with garlic butter, herbs, and lemon for a flavorful, easy dinner option.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
07 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
08 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
09 - 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Place a baking sheet or a large oven-safe dish on a flat surface. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
03 - Lay the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Ensure there is some space between each fillet so the heat can circulate evenly.
04 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté gently for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
05 - Stir in the fresh parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried thyme, and dried rosemary into the garlic butter mixture. Continue stirring for another 1 minute to combine well.
06 - Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the fillets to season them. Ensure the salmon is fully coated.
07 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
08 - Check the doneness by gently pressing the top of a fillet with a fork to see if it flakes apart.
09 - Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve the garlic butter baked salmon with your favorite sides.
