Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger (Print Version)

Cheesy garlic butter bacon rollups with golden tortillas and fresh chives for a savory bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Fillings and Assembly

06 - 6 large flour tortillas
07 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
08 - 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 60 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for brushing.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lay flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Generously brush one side of each tortilla with the prepared garlic butter. Evenly sprinkle bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and chives (if using) over the buttered surface.
04 - Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a compact spiral. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Brush the tops of the rollups with remaining garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes until tortillas turn golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool briefly. Slice each rollup into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
