01 -
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it goes. Once no pink remains and the beef registers 160°F (71°C) on a thermometer, drain all the rendered fat completely.
03 -
Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in the shredded cheddar and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes so it firms up slightly before rolling.
04 -
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling at the wide end of each triangle. Fold the two side corners in slightly, then roll toward the narrow point. Set them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
05 -
Bake for 13 to 16 minutes until the rollups are deep golden brown and puffed. Rotate the pan halfway through for even color.
06 -
Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt. The moment the rollups come out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter and serve hot.
