Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

Crisp garlic bread with a melted mozzarella-cheddar center, finished golden and irresistibly savory.

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Sandwich Assembly

04 - 4 slices sandwich bread
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, blend the softened butter with garlic powder and dried parsley until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
02 - Evenly coat one side of each bread slice with the garlic butter mixture using a spatula or butter knife.
03 - Place two bread slices, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Distribute the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend evenly over them. Top with the remaining slices, buttered side up, to form two sandwiches.
04 - Heat a large sauté pan over low heat. Add the sandwiches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the undersides are golden and crisp.
05 - Carefully turn each sandwich using a spatula. Continue cooking for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until the opposite side is golden brown and the cheese has fully melted.
06 - Remove the sandwiches from the pan and serve immediately while hot, with melted cheese inside.

# Notes:

01 - Use low heat to ensure the cheese fully melts without burning the bread.
