# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (405 g) Oreo cookies

→ Cream Layer

02 - 240 ml heavy cream
03 - 120 g powdered sugar
04 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

06 - 60 g rainbow sprinkles
07 - 90 g mini chocolate chips (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks develop.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth. Incorporate the vanilla extract thoroughly.
03 - Carefully fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese base, ensuring an even and airy texture.
04 - Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and mini chocolate chips, if desired, until well distributed.
05 - Line the bottom of a 23x33 cm baking dish with a single, even layer of Oreo cookies.
06 - Evenly spread a portion of the cream mixture over the layer of cookies, covering them completely.
07 - Continue alternating layers of Oreo cookies and cream mixture, finishing with a final layer of cream on top.
08 - Refrigerate uncovered for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight, allowing flavors to meld and layers to set.
