Cheesy French Onion Potato Bake (Print Version)

01 - 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (1/8 inch thick)
02 - 2 cans French onion soup
03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
05 - 1 cup crispy fried onions
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Layer half the potato slices in dish, season with salt and pepper. Pour one can of soup and half the cream over potatoes.
03 - Add remaining potatoes, soup, and cream. Top with Gruyere cheese and thyme.
04 - Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil, add crispy onions, and bake uncovered 15 minutes until golden.
