Viral French Dip Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
02 - 1 pound deli roast beef (rare)
03 - 12 slices provolone cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Butter Topping

05 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 1 packet au jus mix, divided
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
09 - ¾ teaspoon dried minced garlic
10 - ½ teaspoon onion powder

→ Optional

11 - 1½ cups French fried onions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper.
02 - Slice entire block of rolls horizontally, keeping rolls connected. Place bottom half in pan.
03 - Layer 6 cheese slices, roast beef, optional fried onions, remaining cheese, and top half of rolls.
04 - Melt butter, mix with 1 tablespoon au jus mix and remaining butter ingredients. Spread over tops and sides of rolls.
05 - Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
06 - Heat remaining au jus mix with water according to package directions until slightly thickened.

01 - Request rare roast beef to prevent overcooking
02 - Keep rolls connected while slicing
03 - Save extra butter mixture for later use
