Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line baking tray with parchment paper.

Split each biscuit into two layers. Spread horseradish sauce on each layer.

On half of biscuit layers, add provolone slice and roast beef. Cover with remaining layers and pinch edges to seal.

Place on prepared tray and bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

While biscuits bake, prepare au jus according to package directions.
