If needed, wash and thoroughly dry spinach and celery. Remove pineapple rind and cut into chunks. Peel ginger if desired.

Add ginger and spinach first, followed by heavier ingredients like pineapple and celery. If using a standard juicer, add pieces one at a time.

Turn on juicer and process all ingredients.

Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and serve immediately. Preferably use a glass straw.
