4 Ingredient Green Juice Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks, peeled (about 473g)
02 - 6 cups baby spinach (180g)
03 - 3 small celery stalks
04 - 1 thumb ginger root

# Instructions:

01 - If needed, wash and thoroughly dry spinach and celery. Remove pineapple rind and cut into chunks. Peel ginger if desired.
02 - Add ginger and spinach first, followed by heavier ingredients like pineapple and celery. If using a standard juicer, add pieces one at a time.
03 - Turn on juicer and process all ingredients.
04 - Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and serve immediately. Preferably use a glass straw.

# Notes:

01 - Makes about 2 cups (500mL) of juice
02 - Adjust sweetness by varying pineapple and spinach ratios
03 - Can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 days
04 - Shake well before drinking if stored
