Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Salt the water with 2 teaspoons of salt. Once cooked, drain the macaroni and return it to the warm pot.

Add the unsalted butter to the warm macaroni and mix until the butter is completely melted. Season with the remaining salt and black pepper.

Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella, provolone, gouda, and crumbled feta cheese to the pot. Mix well until the cheeses are evenly distributed.

Beat the eggs and combine them with the evaporated milk. Pour this mixture over the macaroni and mix until fully incorporated.

Transfer the macaroni mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly and top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is nicely browned and bubbly.
