In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and creamy peanut butter, stirring often until smooth and glossy, about 4-5 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and fine salt until fully combined.

Place the cereal in a very large mixing bowl. Pour the warm chocolate peanut butter mixture over it and fold gently until the cereal is evenly coated.

Divide the powdered sugar between two gallon-size zip-top bags. Add half of the coated cereal to each bag, seal tightly, and shake until every piece is well coated.

Spread the coated cereal on a parchment-lined sheet pan for 10 minutes so the coating sets slightly before adding candy.

Transfer the cereal back to a large bowl. Add the candy corn, M&Ms, and Rolos, then toss gently until evenly mixed.
