Egg Muffins with Spinach and Feta Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Large eggs (6).
02 - Fresh spinach, chopped (1 cup).
03 - Crumbled feta cheese (1/2 cup).
04 - Milk (1/4 cup, optional).
05 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon).
06 - Black pepper (1/8 teaspoon).
07 - Bell peppers, diced (1/4 cup, optional).
08 - Cherry tomatoes, diced (1/4 cup, optional).
09 - Onions, diced (2 tablespoons, optional).
10 - Bacon or sausage, cooked and crumbled (1/4 cup, optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and grease muffin tin or line with silicone liners.
02 - Chop spinach and crumble feta if needed.
03 - Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
04 - Stir in spinach, feta and any optional ingredients.
05 - Pour into muffin tin and bake 20-25 minutes until set.
