Easy Pizza Bagels Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 bagels
02 - 250g grated mozzarella

→ Sauce

03 - 250g passata
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic granules
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cut bagels in half and place on a baking sheet.
02 - Combine passata, garlic granules, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread evenly over bagel halves.
03 - Distribute mozzarella evenly over sauce. Add any additional toppings of your choice.
04 - Oven: Bake at 180C for 14-16 minutes. Grill: Cook for 3-5 minutes. Air Fryer: Cook at 200C for 5-6 minutes. All until golden brown with melted cheese.
