Super Easy Lemonade Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 (15.25 oz) Lemon Cake Mix
02 - 1 cup water
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
04 - 3 large eggs
05 - 1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
06 - 1 cup powdered sugar

→ Lemonade Cream Cheese Frosting

07 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
08 - 1/2 cup butter, softened
09 - 3 to 4 cups powdered sugar
10 - 3 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
11 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F
02 - Mix cake mix with water, oil and eggs according to package instructions. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 28-33 minutes
03 - After cooling for 15 minutes, poke holes all over cake with a fork. Whisk 1 cup lemonade concentrate with 1 cup powdered sugar and pour over warm cake
04 - Let cake cool completely to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour
05 - Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, lemonade concentrate, and salt until light and fluffy
06 - Spread frosting over the chilled cake and slice to serve
