02 - 225 grams ground beef
03 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 100 grams shredded cheese
09 - Chopped pickles (optional)
10 - Chopped tomatoes (optional)

→ Burger Sauce

11 - 37 grams mayonnaise
12 - 23 grams ketchup
13 - 5 millilitres pickle juice
14 - 7 grams pickles, finely chopped
15 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
16 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, chopped pickles, ground black pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until no pink remains. Remove from heat and drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Place half of the shredded cheese on one side of each tortilla. Add cooked beef, additional cheese, and optional chopped pickles or tomatoes. Fold each tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
04 - Return the skillet to medium heat. Place the folded quesadillas in the dry pan and toast for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
05 - Remove quesadillas from heat. Cut into wedges and serve immediately with extra burger sauce and preferred toppings.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use a preheated dry skillet to ensure crisp, golden tortillas.
