Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

Drain any excess fat, then return the pot to the stove. Add 3 tsp minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and bay leaves. Stir well to combine.

Add the uncooked macaroni noodles and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a light boil. Stir occasionally and cook until the pasta is tender, about 20 minutes.

Remove the bay leaves and stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese just before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!.
