01 - 500 grams cheese Ritz Bits (2 x 250g boxes)
02 - 170 grams unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
06 - 120 grams grated parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the cheese Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
03 - Melt the butter in a small bowl. Whisk in the garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
04 - Pour the seasoned melted butter over the crackers. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
05 - Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the coated crackers and toss gently once more to distribute the cheese.
06 - Spread the seasoned crackers evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Allow the crackers to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
