# Ingredients:

→ Loaf Base

01 - 907 grams ground beef
02 - 120 grams breadcrumbs
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 120 milliliters milk
05 - 5 grams salt
06 - 1 gram black pepper
07 - 2 grams garlic powder
08 - 2 grams onion powder
09 - 15 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
10 - 113 grams Swiss cheese, shredded
11 - 8 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 - 120 grams mushrooms, sliced
13 - 75 grams onion, finely chopped

→ Glaze

14 - 60 milliliters ketchup
15 - 15 milliliters soy sauce
16 - 15 grams Dijon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk until loosely mixed.
03 - Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture and blend until evenly distributed.
04 - Pour in Worcestershire sauce and thoroughly combine.
05 - Gently fold in shredded Swiss cheese, crumbled beef bacon, sliced mushrooms, and finely chopped onion until well blended.
06 - Transfer mixture to a baking dish and form into a uniform loaf shape.
07 - In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
08 - Spread the glaze evenly over the loaf surface.
09 - Place baking dish in preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 71°C.
10 - Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes to retain moisture.
11 - Slice and present warm.
