Crunchy Doritos-coated pizza rolls stuffed with mozzarella, pepperoni, and sauce for a fast party snack or family movie-night bite.

# Ingredients:

For the rolls

01 - 1 can (13.8 oz or 391 g) refrigerated pizza dough
02 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) thick pizza sauce, plus more for serving
03 - 1 cup (115 g) shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup (60 g) mini pepperoni slices

For the Doritos coating

05 - 1 cup (35 g) finely crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
06 - 4 tablespoons (56 g) unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Pinch of black pepper, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and press it into an even rectangle. Cut into 12 smaller rectangles.
03 - Spread about 1 teaspoon pizza sauce on each dough piece, leaving the edges clean. Add mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices.
04 - Roll or fold the dough around the filling. Pinch the seam and ends firmly, then place each roll seam-side down.
05 - Stir the crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Press each roll into the crumbs until coated all over.
06 - Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until puffed, golden, and crisp. Rest for 5 minutes and serve with warm pizza sauce.

# Good to know:

02 - Serve warm for the crispiest coating.
03 - Use thick pizza sauce to keep the filling from leaking.
