Dorito Taco Salad Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 15 millilitres olive oil
02 - 450 grams lean ground beef
03 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
04 - 1 medium iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
05 - 1 large tomato, diced
06 - 60–120 grams nacho cheese Doritos chips, coarsely crushed
07 - 240 millilitres Catalina dressing

08 - Sour cream, as desired
09 - Guacamole, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and taco seasoning, stirring and breaking up any clumps. Cook until beef is uniformly browned, then drain excess fat and set aside to cool.
02 - Chop iceberg lettuce finely and dice the tomato. Transfer both to a spacious mixing bowl.
03 - Add cooled cooked beef, crushed Doritos chips, and Catalina dressing to the bowl with lettuce and tomato. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating and distribution.
04 - Divide salad among plates and finish with a generous dollop of sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
