Sprinkle approximately 14 grams of mozzarella cheese into the bottom of each dough-lined cup. Spoon 15 milliliters of pizza sauce over the cheese layer.

Distribute remaining mozzarella cheese evenly across the cups. Layer with selected toppings such as pepperoni, ham, sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Evenly dust each cupcake with garlic powder.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven, loosen edges with a small knife, and serve hot.
