Beat the brownie mix, cream cheese, melted butter, egg, and salt in a large bowl until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Stir the peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth and thick. Roll into 24 small balls.

Scoop the brownie dough into 24 mounds on the prepared pans, leaving space between each. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.

Immediately press one peanut butter ball gently into the center of each hot cookie. Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then move them to a rack to cool completely.
