# Ingredients:

03 - 450 g baby potatoes, halved
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 240 ml low-sodium chicken broth
07 - 28 g butter, cut into pieces
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
11 - 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
12 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
14 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Layer the kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, and chopped onion evenly in the slow cooker.
02 - Add minced garlic, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
03 - Pour the chicken broth evenly over all contents and place butter pieces throughout the dish.
04 - Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender and the flavors have melded.
05 - Gently stir the contents halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and flavor distribution.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese just before serving, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh green beans add the best texture, but canned green beans can be used for convenience.
