# Ingredients:

For the dip

02 - 1 1/2 cups (360 g) pizza sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
06 - 1/2 cup (50 g) grated parmesan cheese
07 - 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
08 - 4 oz (115 g) pepperoni, chopped, plus mini pepperoni for topping
09 - 1/2 cup (75 g) finely diced green bell pepper
10 - 1/3 cup (45 g) sliced black olives, drained
11 - 2 tablespoons sliced green onions, for topping

For serving

12 - Toasted baguette slices, breadsticks, crackers, tortilla chips, or cut vegetables

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly coat a 2- to 3-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray or a thin layer of oil.
02 - Add the cream cheese, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, bell pepper, and olives. Stir until mostly combined.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring once halfway through, until the cream cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot in the center.
04 - Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and a small handful of mini pepperoni over the top. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes more, until melted.
05 - Sprinkle with green onions and switch the slow cooker to warm. Serve with bread, crackers, chips, or vegetables, stirring occasionally as it sits.

# Good to know:

01 - Best served warm from a 2- to 3-quart slow cooker.
02 - Stir occasionally on the warm setting to keep the cheese smooth.
03 - Add 1-2 tablespoons warm milk or extra pizza sauce if leftovers reheat too thick.
