# Ingredients:

For the wonton shells

01 - 16 square wonton wrappers
02 - 1 tablespoon neutral oil, for brushing
03 - Pinch of fine salt

For the chicken

04 - 1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, finely diced
05 - 1 tablespoon neutral oil
06 - 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
07 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon honey
09 - 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
12 - 2 tablespoons water

For the sesame slaw

13 - 3 cups (210 g) coleslaw mix
14 - 3 green onions, thinly sliced
15 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
16 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
17 - 1 teaspoon honey
18 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
19 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt

For serving

20 - 1/4 cup (60 ml) sweet chili sauce
21 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
22 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
23 - Lime wedges, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 375°F. Brush wonton wrappers lightly with oil, sprinkle with a little salt, and drape them over the edges of a baking dish or an upside-down muffin tin. Bake for 7-9 minutes until crisp and lightly golden, then cool.
02 - Combine coleslaw mix and green onions in a bowl. Add rice vinegar, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and salt. Toss well and chill while you cook the chicken.
03 - Heat neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until the pieces are no longer pink on the outside.
04 - Add soy sauce, hoisin, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring, until the chicken reaches 165°F and the sauce is glossy and thick enough to coat the pieces.
05 - Fill each wonton shell with warm chicken. Top with chilled slaw, a drizzle of sweet chili sauce, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve right away with lime wedges if using.

# Good to know:

01 - Best assembled immediately before serving so the wonton shells stay crisp.
02 - The chicken and slaw can be prepped ahead and stored separately.
